Cricket Camp Review Summer 2024:
I have thoroughly enjoyed the inaugural Gary Herbert Cricket Camp in 2024. Happy to have been fully booked for both days. A great group of children who have played the game with a smile on their face, which is the only thing that matters. Big thank you to Paul Ruff the Horton House groundsman for letting us have a game on the square, the children loved it. Massive thanks to Horton House Cricket Club for allowing me to use all the facilities at the ground. And finally to Brayden our overseas player this season from NZ, thanks so much for your help and support, you were awesome.
Thanks
Gary Herbert

A cricket coaches view..

Have really enjoyed doing a bit of wicket keeping coaching recently. The most important position on a Cricket field IMO, and too frequently an after thought!, and the keepers get forgotten about. Did a session with Harvey a week or so ago, only 10, has a very bright future with the gloves and bat. Nice to receive some feedback from his Dad Dan after the session.
